THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY KARAOKE LOVING LIFE!!!!!!!!>< I went for my birthday and me and my girls had to leave after the costumer service was HORRIBLE TERRIBLE! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLL!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER! GOING BACK ! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE OR GO THERE.IF.U WANNA DEAL WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD PEOPLE!

The outside of the place does not do this place justice. The outside looks like a dump. However, the food inside is pretty good. The service is outstanding as well. But if you like karaoke, the rooms are a bit expensive and the sound system and mics are not too good.
